Our broad spectrum of dental services also includes oral surgery. We place great importance on gentle, low-pain procedures. For anesthesia, we offer options such as conscious sedation. For gentle surgical techniques, we utilize ultrasound-assisted piezosurgery . We also offer the option to support wound healing with platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) therapy . Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

In addition to dental implants, bone grafting and gum grafts , our oral surgery spectrum includes the following treatments:
With an apicoectomy , a severely inflamed tooth can be saved from extraction. We gain access to the root tip, shorten it by a few millimeters, and remove the surrounding inflamed tissue from the jawbone. This treatment is considered when a root canal procedure has not been successful.
Tooth extractions are among the most common oral surgery procedures. They are necessary, for example, when a tooth is too severely damaged due to decay or an accident, when the jaw generally does not have enough space for all teeth, or when they are prone to inflammation. Wisdom teeth are often removed as a precaution if it is foreseeable that they will cause discomfort or tooth shifting, for example due to a lack of space.
Shortening or removing a lip or tongue tie is advisable if they are too short or attached too tightly. This can, among other things, exert tension on the gums and cause a gap between the front teeth. In children, it can also impair speech development.
If teeth remain partially or completely in the jaw, they can become inflamed or damage the roots of neighboring teeth. They should therefore be "exposed" in a surgical procedure and subsequently integrated into the dental arch with orthodontic treatment.
